Observation details
Ongoing rarity found by Bruce. Found it today roosting on a dead tree branch that was sticking out of the water at the mouth of the Quassiack Creek by Global. A DCC was roosting on a higher branch with 3 other DCC in the water. My photos are of the Neo both on the branch and in the water. White behind the bill and much smaller than the other DCC’s. Will post photos later.
