Lifer!! Rare obviously. Walked around for a nice while before locating the bird. It flew in from the north to the spot I posted the checklist. Photos! The only way to get nice shots was to predict where the murre would surface next, as that could be a nice distance from where it went down. I took a few minutes to realize a pattern and that's when the magical shots happen! Keep an eye out near the end of the wooden boardwalk 40.6471430, -74.1844806 here. Don't be discouraged if you don't see it at first, its underwater a lot more than its above believe it or not. When it does surface its not so large and sticks very low to the water.
