Observation details
Epic and well-earned pick by Mike. Flying with DCCO and showing obviously smaller size despite strong backlighting off the East side. Landed in the water South of Tip for better scope views of white V under bill (confirming it as a breeding adult). Eventually flew back along East side for better photos (and study), swimming closer to shore on a few occasions. Challenging Park add and one Mike has spent innumerable hours working toward.
