Observation details
Found by John Young in dead tree on south side of Hellcat parking lot. Great views as it repeatedly flew out to flycatch large insects. It was eventually driven off by an Eastern Kingbird and then was refound by Andy Sanford south of the Bill Forward Blind. First photo shows white rump tufts just showing, the others show the dark vest to varying degrees. Others with better cameras had great in-flight shots showing the vest very well.
