Observation details
We saw this nest as we were driving to Sajama so on the way back we stopped and the caracara was resting on the side of the pole. We thought it was interesting how much sheep/llama wool was used in making the nest. The only other time we’ve seen a caracara nest was in La Paz in a hole on a side if a cliff.
