Media notes

First part of recording contains typical Willow Warbler song, from around 41s the last two songs contain varying amounts of Common Chiffchaff -like phrases.

Observation details

Singing at eastern end of Firehills wood. Performing some occasional mixed-singing, with phrases of Common Chiffchaff song integrated (to a variable degree) into the typical Willow Warbler song. Common Chiffchaff were singing nearby and sometimes moving through the area - could this be part of an effort to hold territory against Chiffchaffs?
