Observation details
1 seen at the Tip (photo'd), another heard north of the tower. The one at the Tip caused some consternation as it was backlit and somewhat distant but seems to fit a drab female CMWA. From photos, the pointy bill, olive rump, extent and type of dark streaking below, thin white wingbar, yellow patches on throat and rear portion of head, thin white lower orbital crescent look pretty good for CMWA.
