Observation details
Odd for this hybrid type in that it got most of the CANG size. It was 85% the size of a CANG but was paired with a GWFG that it absolutely dwarfed. Most of these hybrids I’ve seen have been more GWFG size. Photos make it look more CANG-like. In the field at a distance when I first saw it it just looked like a large, dark GWFG and I was considering Tule Goose but the size difference was just too striking and I walked out onto the flats and was able to get the photos that confirmed it was a hybrid.
