Observation details
Continuing rarity in between Azalea Pond and Tupelo Meadow. Was calling loudly right after sunrise. Have recordings. Then went silent for about twenty minutes. Then refound with David and photographed while recording (ML619312782). Edit: Later on in the day, I ran into Adam C. in the North Woods. We came across a strong candidate for BITH that was singing faintly and photographed (ML619312857). We stayed on the bird for about half an hour before I had to leave. I had reported the bird as Gray-Cheeked / Bicknell's Thrush. Adam stayed on the bird and was eventually able to confirm its identity. His report was subsequently confirmed by moderators so I am changing from "slash" species to a BITH.
