Observation details
Was on the fence at Isenberg S parking lot. Habitat was dry weedy field. This bird had two white wingbars, orange chest, blue head that was not western blue bird or blue grosbeak color. White belly. Just heard from David Yee that this is adult M. Used to see this bird in the 90s at the West End of Acampo road. Then that spot became over grown, and no one went there after the mt lion was spotted. More recently, the laz buntings were regularly seen at Heritage Oak on David Yee's bird walk there. This is the first time I have seen it at Isenberg S.
