Observation details

Adult. Flew down the east side of the tip with 2 DCCO @8:40 before fishing in various locations for about 20 minutes. Slight, black, Cormorant. Long-tailed with a shallow belly. White V at bill base apparent in scope views, and better exposed frames. Exciting find, new for my park list.
