Observation details

Found by Steve James in our group. It returned to the same tree top to hunt from at least 3 times in 30-45 minutes. Dr. Brian Miller, in our group, was able to make a separate, incidental eBird checklist with just this bird on it and send its exact Lat/Long coordinates out to the entire Festival attendees group using the WhatsApp app on his phone.
