Observation details
I've wanted to see one of these for years. Absolutely stunning bird. Seen gathering leaves right before the river in a Cottonwood tree. I'm fairly certain the female flew in with the male but we never got eyes on the female to confirm. We watched it for a good 20 minutes. Found another later down the neighborhood road. Too cool! Lifer!
