Observation details
Smaller sandpiper with long wings. Wings crossed eachother at the back. Saw the exposed white rump a few times when it was preening tail. Seen foraging in mudflat. Initially thought there was only one but noticed a second one across the mudflat after confirming original was still in the same spot. Saw the small patch of rusty brown at the base of the bill.
