Observation details

Bird officially reported to birding community 2 days prior. Small falcon with fully blonde underparts, head, nape and dark brown upperparts, wings. Dark stripes behind eyes. Dark striped tail. Light gray colored hooked bill. Bird was first spotted across Narbonne in the big ficus tree. All I could see was the blonde underparts, but took a pic from across the street and knew this was the bird. I let the 2 others that were there in the parking lot know and we all went across to see it in the ficus. It then flew back across landing in the Popeye's building, then after a few flew off for awhile, returning to a light post where it stayed awhile, then ended up in one of the small trees behind the halal market, where it was when I left. Beautiful little falcon.
