Behavior and other notes: Adult male Red-naped Sapsucker drumming and giving calls in flight. For the first cut, at 7 meters, another conspecific was drumming in the distance. He flew off giving calls. In the second cut, he was drumming and a conspecific flew into the same tree. The focal bird flew off giving calls (at 13 meters). This seemed to be a territorial dispute. This is likely the same individual as in ML619153695. Recorder HPF on at 80 Hz, -12 dB/octave. Channels: Mono. Distance to source: 7, 13 meters. Recording Time: 0553 (UTC -5). Temperature 0.0°C.
