Observation details
Continuing provisional rarity, about 10 birders, watching it at close range on scafolding next to the Hair Studio. Moved to wall near Popeyes, closer to us. Moved around area, unseen sometimes then returning. Did perch at least half hour in large ficus across Narbonne to the west, preening. Beautiful 'lifer' for me. Pics. Caracara features, pale yellow head, bare skin patches, front. Pale blue bill. Dark line behind eye. Dark brown long wings, tail. Tail stripes, white patches on wings when flying.
