Observation details
In two different areas of the park. We started at N9 and walked a half mile into N4 N5 area of the park as we heard a very loud warbler. Eddie said Hooded Warbler. We found it, photographed it and confirmed the song w/ Merlin. A good hour later when we took a walk out to a wetland past Holly Pond to hear northern water thrush. We did hear the waterthrush, but we also heard singing Hooded warbler. Merlin app confirmed! The two locations were over a mile apart. Dense foliage prevent us from seeing, or trying to find the second bird.
