Observation details
Incredible find, right by the beer garden. Flew to a more prominent branch in the same tree at 7:50pm. At 8:12pm it flew down and landed on the ground. At 8:18pm it flew to a new nearby position on the ground. At 8:20pm it briefly flew up again, landed on a park bench, then went to a different spot on the ground. Took off and landed again at 8:25pm, then at 8:26pm flew up into a tree, or just permanently took off. I left at 8:30pm after we couldn't find it again.
