Observation details
Mystery Hummingbird. I heard its high twitter, but it took me a long time to locate it, and when I finally did, I had only a disappointingly short visual of only a few seconds through willow branches. The bird appeared very small for a hummer with what appeared to be a black face. It was calling incessantly, which is what attracted me to its location. The long twittering call of tink notes sounds a lot like a hummingbird that would be incredibly rare for this area. The best parts of the recording are from 0:58 - 1:10, and from 1:20 - end. The exact location of the bird was 46.6100750, -112.0755713.
