Observation details
It's white-tipped and barred blackish tail with rufous-buff underparts was seen clearly. This bird was observed calling from top of a lofty tree tall tree. After calling, it perched with the wings drooped loosely at the sides, tail depressed and the rump arched with its feathers fluffed out.
