Observation details

Unbanded male singing near the bird blind. Distinctive black cap with white spectacles, greenish yellow above and white below. Seen and heard while I was manning the blind for the Festival of Flight this morning. Meagan Whitehouse and Paul Fushille were leading a bird walk and they were able to get walk participants on it. Seen by about 10 people, including Tom Hausler who has pictures.
