Observation details
Continuing; first reported early today by Janice Palmer, Blake Johnson, and Griffin Drake at Plumbush; re-found mid morning by Kai Young (and others) at Joppa Flats (Thanks to David Moon for getting the word out!), then relocated in the afternoon by Miles Brengle here. Bright adult male. Periodically vocalizing what I believe was a partial song, puffing up / displaying as he did so at times. Pics and perhaps audio.
