Observation details
I’m posting this as a reference for anyone interested. The song is at :01, :28, 1:04, 1:19, 1:31, 1:45, 1:59, 2:15, 3:20, 3:26. The song has a couple of notes at roughly 5k and then ascends to some buzzy notes at 5.5k - 7.0k. The buzzy notes end with an accent at the lower range of the buzz. Merlin suggested Northern Parula for this, and I spent some time (along with a few others) trying to see a northern parula. But… I’m roughly 99.999999% sure this song is a Townsend’s warbler. For reference I put some screenshots in the warbler sp. One is my recording in Audacity and the second is a Townsend’s warbler recording. Both show a couple of notes around 5k followed by some higher buzzy notes with accents at the lower end.
