There appears to be a tick attached to this birds eyelid, directly below the eye. When it turned it's head there appeared to be a tick at the exact same spot on the right eyelid also. Zooming up on the eye I do not see any legs on the tick, so could this be something other than a tick like a mole or skin tag perhaps?
