Observation details
Apparent 1st Payne County record if confirmed and somehow 1st ebird record for eastern Oklahoma (ie east of I35). Female. More yellowish than Baltimore. Extensive gray on back and belly with clean gray/yellow demarcation. Broad upper white wingbar with black scallop edging and lower wingbar very faint (unlike Baltimore female which would have two wider, more equally sized wingbars). Yellow on face and chest equally bright at some angles (as opposed to Baltimore which usually has darker patches on face compared to orangish wash on the body). Yellow goes down chest farther than expected for images of Bullock's shown in most sources; however, viewing of Bullock's female photos for April-May on eBird shows this amount of yellow is within range for pure Bullock's. Hybrid also considered but seems within range for Bullock's for all traits.
