Observation details
Totally unexpected here. Crow sized bird with white body, a dove-like face, black wings, and black forked tail sitting at length in treetop by the 90 degree turn in Lime Kiln Road. Remained there for upwards of half an hour while dogs, cars, and pedestrians passed by, and while pestered by several birds including Robins and Orioles. Spent much of its time preening and appeared mostly unconcerned with activities on the ground. When it finally flew, it soared over the Egloff farm to the west, where it had some sort of interaction with an immature Bald Eagle -- it appeared the eagle was attacking it, but the last I saw, the two birds had separated and continued to fly in the sky in the general direction of route 98 to the west. No breeeding code, of course.
