*rare. found by Ryan R earlier today. ranging a little between his house and the corner house. weirdly singing from high in oak trees and often seen very well. olive-gray above and yellow below with darkish cap (Tim D got a nice photo showing the revealed orange-gold colored cap). Singing often but with long gaps between phrases: song much like HOWA alternate song but not quite the same; call a dry “chap” similar to SEWR or something.
