Observation details
long-continuing adult female either back after a vacay elsewhere or just continuing after not being detected for some time. was on our minds to keep an eye out for, and we picked it up pretty quickly after inspecting a handful of GREF, immediately standing out as being black-throated. closer inspection confirmed the black (not gray) throat with white jutting up the sides of the neck, whitish scalloping around axillaries but white not/hardly extending into underwing, blueish tinged bill and blue eye ring. in direct comparison with GREF, was cleary very similar in side if not very slightly larger. nape was black. digiscope photos tba
