Observation details
Incredible find this morning by Chuck Weber! Gorgeous ducks with unique tan bodies, white cheek and bright red base of bill. We observed the birds at length - there are no bands on their legs and they flew perfectly around the cells. The remote location and over a week of stiff east winds make me feel good about these birds being natural vagrants. Photos.
