Observation details
*County rarity. It has been near the wood-chip pile for a couple of days. I did not find it there, however. I gave up and just started walking around when I heard it from the tower area toward the main entrance. It was singing in rhododendron near the Milmore sculpture at the main gate. It then flew a bit farther up main road (Tupelo). Still singing frequently when I left it, though it moves a lot. Small vireo, yellow below, olive green above, two wing bars, yellowish "spectacles", white iris. Photos and audio.
