Observation details

Two long-tailed, small terns heading left at with whiter upperparts than other terns they associated with. Black crown and thin black bill were visible. Joined a flock of mixed terns before heading left past the jetty. Spotted by Michael O’Brien at around 9AM. Very poor photo.
