Observation details

Photograph. Shorter dark bill, pale underwing, darker upperparts, shorter tali, legs extend beyond the tail. Appear to be a exhausted/distressed, sitting on the water barely try to fly,. After 2 hr found the same bird on the beach and rescued. Rough measurement were taken. Bill 35mm, wing 25cm
