Observation details
Surprise visitor, as I had seen none in the yard for over a year now, and this is the first one I've ever seen in this county in May. A white-striped individual, it was only a few feet away from the bird bath and the millet on the ground, but partook of neither, and instead bathed itself atop the wet Vinca vines.
