Observation details
Juvenile,broader wings and longer tail unlike Rufous-bellied Eagle,also lacking the black eye mask.Head not pointed and not protruding as far as in Honeybuzzard,wings broader.Local bird hunters with guns(three seen today),one said he knowns the eagles here are endangered and protected,probably a nesting pair on the ridge.
