Observation details
Our lifer! Immature around 1100, then an adult around 1300, and finally a second immature at about 1400. First two active migrants, third likely local. Heavy Accipiters with smallish looking heads, different wingbeats than SSHA, COHA. Individually counted and ID'd by multiple observers and lead counter. Here is the link to the official HawkCount.org tally for the day, with data tallied by Dustin Kohler, the lead counter. It includes the breakdown on the AGOS numbers (1 local, 2 migrants): https://hawkcount.org/day_summary.php?rsite=123&ryear=2024&rmonth=04&rday=25
