Observation details
Continuing rarity (3rd county record to my knowledge) and incredible 5MR bird, reported by Dan MacNeal last night. Heard singing 3-4 times from the cattails – attached recording corresponds to the last one heard, at approximately 08:17, which was the clearest and closest (YERA at 0:56 – 1:00). All songs were less than 10 sec., the longest was 9 sec.
