Observation details
I saw both the male and female bluebirds appear to repeatedly be bringing food to the house. Then I saw the swallow stake out the perch. There was a kerfuffle of blue, then the swallow went in. The bluebirds watched atop of the house, on limbs right above it ro flew at it. The swallow was still inside when I walked on but was gone when I returned half an hour later.
