Observation details
Seen well with others at the slough boardwalk in Tildens. Bright golden yellow warbler with dark back and some orange on head and orange wash on front. Preening and its head was wet. It flew north and several of us tried to refind but no luck in that area. Then as we started walking south towards Shusters we could hear a Prothonotary singing. It was relocated overhead feeding on insects, singing every 4-5 minutes.
