Observation details
Two singing males at the same location (35.147861, -89.985250). While we were pursuing one singing male, which I only saw for a fraction of a second, it became apparent that another GWWA was singing behind us. After a concerted effort to find this difficult-to-pinpoint song, we enjoyed a great viewing experience with this bird, watching it sing and forage. It could often be seen acrobatically clinging to individual live leaves, hanging upside down. It seemed to me to be targeting leaves that were either folded over or glued together, resulting in "two-ply" leaves, which presumably often harbor insects.
