Media notes
can seen with two little cormorants
Observation details
Was seen sitting on the broken branch of a tree with great cormorant. A large cormorant endemic to Indian subcontinent and parts of Asia. Larger than little cormorant. Blue eye helps in distinguishing it from little cormorant which has black eye. It has its wings open probably to dry up its wings. Looks like an adult with black plumage all over its body. It has long yellowish black bill. Beautifully patterned wings with small black tail with various projections.
