Observation details
In the cove area with LAGUs. Photos. How many FRGUs have been in Provincetown since June 2? On June 2, Bourget reported a 2CY with photos that seemed to show a fully hooded bird with very limited white on primary tips This bird was reported by Nikula on 6/3 and Nikula and Williams on 6/4 and did not show any apparent primary molt. On 6/7 a full adult was reported by Nikula and Trimble. On 6/15 Moss photographed what appears to be a fully hooded 2cy bird (no flight shots). On 6/17 I photographed a bird with a partial hood containing significant white flecking not in primary molt.. And today 6/24, I photographed what appears to be a 2cy fully hooded bird in primary molt (see photos below). It would appear that there may be upwards of 4 individual FRGUs reported from Race Point Beach to Race Point since June 2. A link to a Flickr album that contains the 6/17 and 6/24 FRGUs that I photographed can be found here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/9191812@N02/albums/72157682602683483
