Observation details
**very rare; continuing individual found by Carlos Pedro this morning. Upon arrival it hadn’t been seen for two hours. I covered Four Boulders Rd west of the round-about and then 100ft north up Main Camp Rd. I came across an active mixed flock of chickadees, kinglets, and titmice around site 134 at 1350. After watching the flock for a bit I noticed the WEFL sitting still about 3ft off the ground on a green briar bush. I watched it for a few minutes before it flew to the back of the bush. At the time the other birders showed up and it moved into clear views 10-30ft above us in the pines/oaks. From other reports it doesn’t seem like it moved far at all from the original location of finding. Photos taken.
