Observation details
Singing on trail just west of restrooms (not restrooms at spillway). First head singing from parking lot by restrooms and thought it was a LOWA until I got closer. Singing persistently so think it may be territorial like the 2016 bird. Still singing when I left. I think this is 4th record for WilCo. And the 2nd this year!
