Observation details
*Rare; continuing male in the cemetery moving around the tops of the headstones and occasionally low branches of the surrounding trees or fence, flying down to the ground to forage. It also hopped around the road for a couple minutes. NOTE: This bird was very tame. There was some concern about it being harassed/pursued too closely by birders/photographers. I didn’t see this while I was there (with a small number of photographers) but the bird would repeatedly approach and perch within 5-10’ of people or even within arms reach a couple times. The bird came to me, not vice versa.
