Observation details
Very vocal and active pair working on a nest on the cathedral facade (the remnants of an old Red-tailed Hawk nest, Karen Fung told me). They were bringing material to the nest, and one bird would disappear inside for short periods. They were actively sparring with two immature red-tails in the area, and they would fly across the park to perch on tall apartment buildings for periods of time. Really great to watch.
