2 making chip calls
Observation details
Northern Parula ID replaced with Pine Warbler. Could be a pine warbler but looks similar to the juvenile Parula. Both have white wing bars, both have a similar sounding chip call. The parulas beak seems to end in a sharp point with the upper mandible being slightly longer. Individuals in photos seem to have the more pointed beak where a pine warbler should have more of a robust one. Eye arcs seem more white than that of a pine warbler. Most parula bills seem to be bicolor with orange on the bottom and black on the top, pine warblers do not seem to have this feature so I have ID'd this as pine warbler. Also has weaker brownish eyeline.
