Observation details
Large, tall plover with striking characteristics. Red-eyes, black masked gray head down to a large black bib to breast. Iridescent oil-sheen like purplish patch on shoulder/scaps. White breast to belly to undertail coverts. brownish above. Dapper black plume feathers trail the back of the crown. Continuing. Photos.
