Media notes
Loud Verdin in foreground was a juvenile with a bright yellow bill. There is a second Verdin in the background. Both giving "Tew" calls - Pieplow's naming. Only processing is applying a 300Hz High Pass Filter and then normalizing to -3db in Audacity. Each audio file of this species is believed to be of different birds.
Observation details
As many or more as I have ever seen here. Saw one bird that looked like it had just fledged with a bright yellow bill and gray head. Also saw what appeared to be a family group of two adults and two young.
