Observation details

Flycatcher. White eye-ring, 2 white wing bars. Bi-colored bill. Yellowish wash on flanks. Round head. No crest. Eye ring inconsistent with western. No tail wagging. Not vocalizing. Flying back and forth from low bare branch adjacent to the water. Aggressively chased off a verdin that wandered close by. Dusky good candidate? 3 poor photos. All help appreciated. (Reviewer says ok for dusky.)
